What Members Thought
Stephenie's books come to me with great timing. I enjoyed the teenybopper "Twilight" when I was younger and now, with "Host", I appreciated the ruminations on the concepts of the Soul, the afterlife, the meaning of being human, is a homogenous society better, etc.. She convinced me to care about a parasite alien. I'm docking a star though, because I had to skip the overly melodramatic parts and I didn't like the bit about lying about her age and justifying it as a good thing.

At first I thought it reminded me too much of the X-Files, then I couldn't put it down. Intriguing science fiction, or is it better called fantasy?
