His book had me in tears at some points. I didn’t read it when my book club did, glad I finally caught up. The wolf need more compassion and this really touched a chord with me about how just being interested in someone else can make a life changing difference. I loved this book! It brought me in right from the beginning and I felt so inspired at this extraordinary relationship. An ad executive feels inspired to take an eleven year old panhandler to McDonald’s once. They end up meeting weekly for years, each influencing the other’s life in wonderful ways! The ad executive also has a complicated past that is partially included in the story. Five stars!
