What Members Thought
I am really enjoying these older Wallander books. Mankell takes on big subjects that were once earth shattering but that we don't think about that much anymore. This one is about a plot to kill Nelson Mandela in 1992. Mankell sets the extremely complicated plot in South Africa and the relatively more straightforward plot in Sweden. I'm sure this isn't an accident. Even though it drags at times, I am still loving the layered characterization of Wallander.

Þetta er 3 bókin um rannsóknarlögguna Kurt Wallander. Er að fara í gegnum bækurnar áður en ég tækla myndirnar. Mjög góð bók sem nær að vera áhugaverð allan tíma og með nokkur svona undirmál sem gera söguna skemmtilega. Ein besta Wallander bókin sem ég hef lesið.
