It had a few interesting sections, mostly Mat's story, but on the whole I find myself increasingly annoyed that I bothered starting this series in the first place. Too much of it is just plain boring. I frequently found my mind wandering off to do other things while listening to this, and there are just too many of the characters that I am growing from indifference to their stories to active hate for their characters.

Read a third through and realised I couldn't remember half of the characters. Lost my motivation to finish it when RJ passed away and I learnt he hadn't finished the last book. I also lost this book, though its quite unthinkable really since its the size of a brick heheh. Postponed indefinitely. I still Books 1 through to this one so might never know one day I might pick up the series again. I love the world and characters so. We'll see.
