Read several chapters and then abandoned this... it just didn't appeal to me, neither the writing nor the story. Maybe I'll try it again one day. ...more

I was caught taken back at the lack of explination through out this book. Yet the strong beginning which was rather violent caught my interest which was continued throught out by the further violence and sexuality that emerged in the book. By the end of this book which I couldnt put down I wsa completely entranced by the story and had to go get the following two books just to find out what happened. this is a very dark and adult series...wouldn't recommend it for the under 16 crowd. Very good and great character development. If you like the "bad boy" as the hero of the story, definately a good pick. ...more
