It has been a long time since I re-read this book and I loved it even more this time. I'd say its only weakness is that , while the first book Interview With the Vampire can stand alone, this one is clearly setting us up for a series.
That said, Lestat is great and I am so glad Rice chose to let him narrate. I find him a lot more fun than Louis. who
does tend to mope.
