I wonder how much Card was influenced at all by Starship Troopers, in terms of how Battle School worked & the way the buggers were described. Maybe OSC was a middle school teacher? :^D ...more

I haven't enjoyed a sci-fi book this much since I read Dune, oh so many years ago. This will definitely be on my "too read again soon" list.
