What Members Thought
I thought of this book as one of Heinlein's most popular works, to go alongside Stranger in a Strange Land, Starship Troopers, or the Puppet Masters. And maybe, for as prolific an author as Heinlein was, it might still qualify. I decided to listen to it because I thought it would be an easy listen (it was) and a fix for a cultural blindspot like Stranger was (it wasn't).

A fine example of the daring imagination of Heinlein, from the time before didacticism overcame his style and choked it. I notice everybody else reviewing it hates it! Well, you either like the Admiral or you don't, I guess...
