2.5 stars for a great setting, a good idea, but a bad realization.
The protagonist Theo was pleasant with her impulsiveness and she learned through the whole plot, I liked that very much.
However, the whole story was told in a really boring way although there were some situations that could have been really exciting. Moreover, the typical humor of steam punk stories was missing.
