What Members Thought
It’s been 6 years since I first picked up this book and discovered this series. I’ve read it 6 times since.
All the feelings continue to exist and intensify each time.
I’m gonna love this series till I’m old and grey.

I can’t believe this series is coming to an end. 😢
It’s brought me so much comfort and happiness.

“You could rattle the stars," she whispered. "You could do anything, if only you dared. And deep down, you know it, too. That’s what scares you most.”
No amount of stars can begin to describe my love for this book
I first read Throne of Glass in 2015 and loved it. But reading it a second time, was just so damn good, and so much better!
I am completely and utterly trash for this series and I'm just so full of emotion right now and I don't even know what to do with myself.

Reread #3 (October 2018): Every Time I reread this I'm reminded how much I love these characters and these books. UGH. It's insane how much SJM has grown as an author.
Reread #2 (February 2018): I'm getting nostalgic feels. Happy to see I still love it. :)
Reread #1 (July 2016): I love these characters so much, and it is crazy to think about how much they go through in the next books. So excited to continue on with my reread of this series! :)

I, Susan like the captain of the Titanic will go down with my Chaol+Celaena ship.
It’s been two years since I last read Thrones of Glass (rereading so I can read the last book to refresh my mind) and I like it. It’s a fun read. It’s entertaining and Celaena over dramatic attitude of “I’m the best assassin ever” can be annoying to some but I just found it funny. The fact that everyone is so accomplished at a really young age (18-21) is a unrealistic but this is a world with magic and in my mind I ...more

My love for Sarah J. Maas has no end. Her writing style is so distinct and beautiful, so easy to get lost in. Her words always pull you to the next page, leaving you wanting more. Just like the A Court of Thorns and Roses series, Throne of Glass drew me in from the very first page.

“You could rattle the stars.”
{First reread}
Let me just tell you, Sarah J Maas has me whipped. Before my reread I always thought I didn’t like Throne of Glass that much (I haven’t read this book in like more than a year, so either my memory of the book is foggy or I was just an f’ng liar), but even to me that was a bit weird because if I don’t like a first book in a series, I won’t continue on but I did. So during my reread, I realized that I don’t actually dislike this book. Is ...more
