Absolultely love this book. I am in love with the three girls and their crazy antics. And it definitely makes me want to step into a werewolf world of letting someone claim that I'm am all his and be called "mine" by just moved in next door werewolf boy. I enjoyed this book from the beginning, to the point that I lost track of time. I like the first part where the two main characters met. This got the book 2 stars. Good family history and good descriptions.

I would of given this book 5 stars but the author added to much sarcastic parts that it got annoying. I get that the author wanted to make us laugh but really is it necessary to overdo it. It is okay to add a little bit of sarcasm but when the characters in the book are trying to be a little I enjoyed this book from the beginning, to the point that I lost track of time. It is okay to add a little bit of sarcasm but when the characters in the book are trying to be a little sirus, like when someone is mad, sad or when someone is suffering and a person out of nowhere act sarcastic it makes the person sound stupid and kinda cold, like if they have no feelings. You just want to toss the book out the window. I never read a book where sarcasm bothered me until now. I found myself rolling my eyes and becoming a bit frustrated.

I get it Jacqlen ur funny and mean, don’t overdo it.

For example, if you write a book and over use a word, OVER AND OVER AGAIN you think “well hey, this person just can’t come up with something better that they have to use that same word”, it can drive the person insane. Same here. There is a time where you can be angry, sad, happy, scared, and funny and there are times that you can add a little sarcasm in a sentence, but there is a time for everything. The over use of a certain word in every other sentence is frustrating for the reader.

Another negative thing about this book, I have said this countless times in the past. I hope if you are an author of a book or thinking of publishing future projects, and somehow fall upon my review please take notes. Please take no offence to what I am about to say. The same mistake over again; the mistake is that the author creates this character “picture perfect man” who sounds UMM???? To pretty, to tall, colored eyes, nice personality, sweet, says everything you want him to say at the right time; the perfect body, his perfect family, his white house on the hill, castle, rich, PERFECT. Once you are done creating this character he sounds unreal, fake like a robot. No guy is perfect. It doesn’t matter if he is a wolf or a vampire, elf, dwarf, or a human. This only gives young girls false hope that one day they will fine this PERFECT MAN which will never be. Yeah, I get that this is a book, the characters are not real. But it is a good thing to add a few unperfect things in this perfect person’s character or whatever you want to call them.

Fane sounds perfect to me, so if he makes a big mistake in the future I’d think that he is not Fane. Fane should bee a teen boy. A 17 year old teen, with normal teen problems, who yet hasn’t lived his life. A teenager not Jacqlen’s dream man.

Question for the author.
Let’s say the other wolf won the fight and Fane LOST.
What would of happened to the mark on Jacqlen’s back??? Would the mark on Jacqlen’s back disappear? If Fane LOST the fight would the winner’s mark appear on Jacqlen’s back? Or will she carry Fane’s mark on her back forever? Just wondering because that part was not clear. Wouldn’t the fighter want his real soul mate? If he finds his soul mate what will happen to Jacqlen, let’s say the other wolf won and Fane lost.
Over all, great book, 3 stars =).

I read it and I finished it and I liked the characters enough to read the other 3 books in the series but I don't know I didn't feel that engaged.

I probably have to say this was the best book in the series ...more

This book was more than expected. The wristing style, language and characters were just spot on. Words cannot exress how much i enjoyed these books. June cannot come fast enough for book 4.
