Six weeks ago angels came to earth. They were not like what anyone expected, they were mean and without a second thought they took over everything. Penryn is just a girl trying to survive in this new world the angels created and when she stumbled onto an epic angel battle she loses her younger sister in the process. Now with the help of Raffe, an angel that has lost his wings, she has to trust him because he is the only hope of getting her sister back.

OH MY GOD.
Where do I even begin!!! This book is freaking A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.
The dialogues the characters and the story, everything is WOW.
Thinking that I had it with all the YA crap, i stumbled upon this book this just totally blew me away. Totally unpredictable, its dark, gritty and the world building is golden!
I was awake till 5AM in the morning reading this, totally worth it! :)
*sigh *I don't know what to read next after Angelfall, I feel like it ruined me for other books

One word. Graphic. Intense. Exciting. Horrific.
I loved the horrific concept of it. I absolutely loved Penryn's braveness. I hated the mother though. Hated the cliff-hanger though. ...more
