As you might have guessed, this is my new favorite book (and yes Rick Riordan strikes again!).

Characters:
My favorites were Piper, Jason and I loved Aphrodite (the romantic that I am). Riordan showed Piper very beautifully and I must say I can really relate (and it's rare that I see this in books) to her personality. She was sensitive but yet really strong, balanced and would do anything for her friends and Jason. Jason was very brave and was shown to make a thoughtful guy and best friend. Aphro ...more

Shelves: one-of-my-favs

I was so happy when this came out and can not believe that Percy has gone missing. It is just unbelievable. This made me so sad. Percy was so clueless but that kept him from being a real jerk and arrogant. I can't help but think that Jason is just a bit arrogant. do really like Leo though. He seems just hipper-active enough that i would find him rather fun to be around. Piper is a very interesting interest for the series and I hope she ends up being one of the good guys and can complete the prop ...more

It was amazing like any other book by Rick Riordan. It was not all that funny as Percy Jackson series was but it wasn't alll serious thank God because I hate all serious books. The best character in my opinion is Piper and the funniest is Leo. Jason is awesome and all but he isn't better than Percy. I like Percy better in my opinion. While reading the book I found out a lot about the Gods from Jason and I was surprised as well. It was awesome the whole way through and can't wait for all of them ...more
