This is my least favourite book in the series so far. It’s basically an international contest for The Bachelor and the whole things is about politics. There’s a lot of world building and thought that’s gone into it, but it just gets bogged down by details in so many places, and it’s hard to keep track of so many new characters at once. SUCH A Good Book
I listened to this as an audiobook and the review contents reflect that experience.
I first read this series when it initially came out several years ago and haven't re-read it in what feels like forever. I remembered I loved it, but not why.
