Personally, I struggled to read this book. I had a really hard time getting through the first 25%, finally throwing in the towel at the approximate 50% level. I've come around to being a fan of Ruby Dixon. I love how ridiculous some of her books can be and I always laugh -- this book is no exception. This is also one of the longest books she's written (I think) and one of the longest books I've read this year, yet I wasn't bored while reading it. In fact, I had a hard time putting to down.

another example of don't judge a book by its cover! slow burn romance but the built up was delicious and i live for their banter.

I drive long distances daily and I listened to the audiobook. The performance on the audiobook was great. The book was long and I appreciated the world building, it made me laugh several times. I highly recommend this book (especially in audio)
