Not really my favorite book. But it is the best book I've read in recent days. So that qualifies. Pat Summitt has lived an incredible life from her growing up as a driven young Tennessee girl to the to the absolute height of her profession as one of the pioneers of womens collegiate basketball. Reading the book is like a who's who of that sport, Summitt's playing career led her to being a silver medalist in the 1976 Olympics, and a coach of the 1984 Gold Medal winning team.
