What Members Thought
A.J. Jacobs takes on the challenge of living a year following the bible as literally as possible, just as the title suggests. I read this book during a "Sociology of Religion" class I took as an undergraduate student and absolutely loved it. We were required to write reflections for each chapter, and it did not take long for me to finish. This is the January 2013 "Bean There Read That" discussion book, so I'm going to re-read this book.
...more
I loved his book the Know It All and wanted to read more of Jacobs books. I saw I did not have a review attached it it - just a date and rating. I had a harder time getting though this book, but as time goes on there are many things I think about with it - especially with what seems to be the rise of the Evangelical movement.
