So now I understand the appeal of Westerns, with their quick pace and light feel. Compelling enough to finish, but nothing I feel the need to revisit.
Memorable, iconic characters.
The last sixty pages went incredibly fast in comparison to the rest of the book! I enjoyed the wrap up of the lives of the characters. If only I had the courage of Mattie Ross!
