What Members Thought
This was my first introduction to vampire fiction and it hooked me. I never thought I would enjoy paranormal fiction but I found it was the love story and suspense that made the book for me. The fact that the main character was a vampire had very little to do with me liking it.
I have wanted to read the series for a while. I love them so far this one tho is my favorite. Wrath is truly one of a kind of Vampire.

I was due up for a steamy read, and I loved this! On to the next one...
Okay, after being talked into this series by multiple people I finally gave it a try. While it took me a while to get into it (ever have those phases where you don't feel like reading anything?), I picked this book back up around page 100 and finished it this weekend. So good! I can't wait to start the next. I'm not sure if I should devour it or pace myself with the series.

This was a fast read and the story was ok. I hope the telling gets better as the books go on. Parts of this story felt rushed. Some of the action felt shorted. Some of the characters personalities changed so fast and it didn't quite feel justified.

I love this whole series, but this book got me hooked. I love J.R. Ward's style of writing. And all of her characters seem like real people. They are flawed, but they are also strong.
