What Members Thought
I remember Don Henley talking about saving Walden Woods, so I was introduced to Thoreau at age 12. There are parts of the book I found to be very insightful. I saw one review that said he would be bragging about not owning a tv if he lived today, and I agree. He would have his movable tiny house, so he could squat in different wooded areas. I'm not sure he would be an easy person to get to know but would be blogging about his experiences. This book did not want to get me to escape to the woods.
