What Members Thought
Angela's Ashes is one of the most amazing books I have ever read, with some of the harowing moments I have ever read about. Yet, there was some laugh out loud moments - all I'll say is false teeth - absolutely classic. I loved the book, so was excited about the film being made, but the film missed out some of the funnest moments that make the book so enjoyable and the film was quite miserable to watch - I'm glad I read the book first. I would recommend this to everyone.

I really didn't like this book. A highly unpleasant narrator, full of oh woe is me. And the ending which reveals his disdain for women was really the final straw.
