Very good story about the devastation of prejudice - in this case, against Japanese Americans following the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Shows how the actions of a few can make otherwise seemingly good people writhe in the deep, dark colors of hate against the innocent.

I read this book while I was at college and I loved it. The book is so well written, the only downside was it was a bit over descripted, which is fine but when your waiting to find out the ending of the book, you knid of want to ship these parts. I would have give this 5 stars if it hadn't been to over descriptive.
