This book was not quite 5 stars, but definitely 4 1/2.
It is a story told from the perspective of a youngster with special needs. It gives fascinating insights into how the mind of a child with Autism processes the world around him.
I thought this was a fabulous read. It was captivating, compelling, heart wrenching and best of all INTERESTING. I think you will either love it or hate it, and you’ll know very quickly how you feel about it.

This book was fine. The perspective of a narrator on the spectrum was a very interesting wrinkle, though I ultimately lost interest and grew frustrated with the narrator. Not his fault, of course, it just got to be harder and harder to read. Plus, this book filled me with great sadness. That could be its intent, but I didn't enjoy that experience one bit.
