I listened to the audiobook, and I'm still trying to figure out how this one made its way onto my SimplyAudio que. I'm not familiar with this author, and I doubt I'll read any of her other work. Perhaps my biggest complaint was that the book was full of "tell", but not a lot of "show". The author covers so much time and space that I felt like I was only hearing about the characters, not experiencing them. And the ending, oh boy.
