This is by far the scariest King I've ever read, it's so real its not funny anymore.

I have 2 warnings firstly the flu curse is real I cought it, and it was a stupid move reading this while the world is going through a pandemic that is pretty much what this book describes.

The atmosphere was so eerie and creepy, the characters were far from good and I wanted to strangle most of them at some point throughout the book, I always have this feeling that I need to look behind me whenever I read a Stephe ...more

A really long read. But pretty fun. The basic premise of the book is that a Genetically modified virus gets out and wipes out most of humanity leaving behind an old testament style fight between the good and the evil. The book is gripping, there are a lot of characters and they are very well developed. What is mostly notable about the book is its balance.
