And if they were to prove there were living descendents of Mary Magdelene via DNA match with her body - it still would NOT prove that the child was a descendent of Jesus. They would need DNA from His body - which I doubt they are likely to come up with.
Secondly, if Da Vinci were the head of the Priory of Sion whose most important purpose is to protect the secret identity of Mary Magdelene as the wife of Jesus, why would he risk putting clues into his picture of the last supper?
