If The Shadow of the Wind, One Hundred Years of Solitude and anything in the John Grisham universe had a Swedish lovechild, that child would be The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I thought the movie was really very good. For some reason, I didn't like the book as well. Very odd for me as I ALWAYS seem to like the book better.
