What Members Thought
From the very first page - I was unable to put the book down - and didnt put it down willingly for 660 more. With modern language, historical setting and perfection in characters, I would easily recommend it to anyone interested in romance, history, monarchs - or all of the above.

I read this at the same time I was watching season 1 of The Tudors and when the movie was coming out. All three were different but good in their own way. I think I would've liked to have started with the movie, then the book and finally the Tudors!

No offense to everyone who thought this book was great, but it was horrible annoying. Despite the historical inaccuracies that can be found in any historical novel, the narrator is unbelievably whiny.
