This one has literally taken years to read, I glad I persevered though. I gave it 3 stars because it took me so long to read. I loved part 1 of the book - probably because I was more familiar with the content so it was confirming a lot of what I already knew. I hit a wobble at part 2 - probably because it got to content I was unfamiliar with and the language is based in statistics and research methodology. I have however marked many pages, for review. Whew- this book was a dense read. I have a Master's degree in psychology so I was very familiar with many of the ideas described in the book as well as the statistics supporting them. Even with my familiarity on the topics, it took a lot of effort to get through all of topics and details throughout the book.

I read this as part of a professional development book club and the other members of the group stopped reading halfway through.
