I really enjoyed this story and am eager to move on to the next one.

While it was a somewhat typical story of an out and proud man (Marty) trying to deal with his deeply closeted lover (Tripp) while both are working on the testosterone filled rodeo circuit, I thought it was done with a lot of emotion and set up a romance that I really wanted to work. I never really understood the draw of Tripp. Making him likable in the last ten pages was probably not the way to go. Full review to come on Fiction Vixen Book Reviews

I totally loved this. Loved loved. I am so happy I found LC Chase, because that's a whole bunch of existing books I get to read just as fast as I can buy them.

This had all sorts of stuff I really love. Cowboys and horses and hurt/comfort and angst and drama and good friends and good family. I really like LC's writing--she has an easy way with words that makes her stuff a pleasure to read, and she tied all of those things together into a completely awesome package.

The next two books in the series
