I absolutely loved Touch & Geaux by Abigail Roux! It seems with each new Cut & Run book I find myself even more addicted and invested than the last, and the characters never grow old but only more interesting!
In Touch & Geaux we delve deeper into Ty and Zane’s past—specifically we get some of Zane’s life when he was still married, and we learn about just some of the things Ty has been keeping to himself over the years. Stuff that causes serious damage to his and Zane’s relationship. ...more
“You told me one time that . . . I was your compass. I gave you direction when you were lost,” Ty said, nearly choking on the words. He glanced up, eyes reflecting like liquid in the low light. “Well, you were my anchor. You were something solid for me to hold onto. I wanted you to remember that.”
Where is the Zane we have all come to know and love?? Not liking the direction the last books have taken--

4 stars.
Did I love how fluffy and mushy Stars & Stripes was? Yes. Did I want Zane and Ty to have their HEA in this new installment? Yes. However, I think what happened between Zane and Ty in this book was necessary and I think they'll be stronger as a couple and as individuals because they've "cleared" the air.
The background story/action wasn't as gripping as it could have been and that's a little disappointing. The story between Ty and Zane is the star of this installment. It's not hard to gu ...more

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! YOU END IT ON SUCH A HUGE CLIFFIE?!?!?!? OMG!!!!!!!
Are you kidding me?!! If I knew anything about practicing voodoo, I think I’d like to extract a little revenge on the author for the whiplash I incurred when my brain short-circuited and my head snapped in the other direction due to that 180 degree turn in Ty and Zane’s relationship. Who knew the author had a penchant for a little sadistic pleasure by nearly destroying everything they’d worked so hard to build? Trouble in paradise doesn’t begin to sum up everything this story represented or what

Very emotional. The guys really go through the wringer on this one and the ending....Really!!! Zane can be a harsh guy, we all know that. His dark side is just under the surface. Ty is usually the "bright" one. Oh, he dangerous but in a sneaky way. Ty and Zane both show their dark sides in this one. I still love this series and can't wait for the next.

Wow. I feel as though I have been put through the wringer. This one was an emotionally exhausting read. Ty and Zane really have their relationship tested in this book. I loved that it had all of Ty's Sidewinders in it. I love reading about the ol' gang. But the ending?! OMG! How long until the next book is out?

5 "very happy to give" stars!
I'm going to ponder for a few days before I give a review.
Advice for those who haven't read it yet. Avoid any spoilers, love the fact that I was surprised about certain things that came up in the story line. ...more

I'm not going to bother trying to give a 'real review' because too many others already have. I'm just going to say this is now my favorite of the series. Except for the ending. =)
