What Members Thought
First, I have to say that I laughed when I went to write my review and Goodreads prompted me with "What did you think?"
Such an innocent, simple question. But I could not simply answer. Believe me, you do not want to know what I first thought. I don't think you would appreciate all my Spanish cussing and jumbled thoughts. So I stepped away for a bit, grabbed a Diet Coke and sat listening to the coquis outside on my porch, did some research into serial fiction and this is what I came away thinkin ...more

This is definitely hard to review.
3.5 stars
The writing was brilliant and completely sucked me in, I cringed, had some tears, got angry..... alot of emotions for 60 pages!!!
It's hard to judge a book when you only have a small part, and it seems to be the "in" thing recently where we're getting more and more books released this way. If I'd read the whole thing my rating may have been different but as it stands I struggled to put it as high as I have.

The writing is great and if I were to rate that and the flow of the story I would give it a 3.5 stars. However, I find the situation the brothers are in to be scary and repulsive, and I cannot with a good conscious say I liked this episode, much less say it was amazing, so in light of my dilemma here I'll stick with 2 stars.
