Perfect read when you’re in the mood for some sexy sweet man loving, all wrapped up with Hollywood movie ending.
Lucky for me this is exactly what I needed, otherwise I might be tempted to get a little bit pissy and eye rolly about it.

Really lovely, very character driven short story. Both Owen and Malcolm were a surprise and not what I was expecting. It is wonderful to read a story portraying two men who form a rapid emotional attachment and take a leap of faith to be together.
I have had this story on my "wish list" for a while and finally decided to purchase and read it.
I am so glad I did and my only regret is not reading it sooner. It is a short story, but there is a lot of story packed into it.
I love the characters, and I loved the humor. I was laughing my way through the whole pick-up scene at the beginning of the book, and loved the fact that the two characters tweaked each other throughout the story.

I'm absoultely surprised in the most positive way by this story. From the blurb I expected... well not all too much, to be honest, which is one of the reasons I took my time in starting to read it. It sounded nice and predictable and as if I had read that story too many times already. If it weren't for the name Amy Lane I probably wouldn't have read it at all. But I did and I'm so glad I did!

I loved this book, quick read, loved the city/country mouse characters. I fell in love with both. Feel good book written by a great author!!

Reread prior to reading the sequel. A great story.
