Shameless! Absolutely shameless!

I know that’s what you think of me when you look at that cover and title. And yes, I totally ran out of shame when I became a fan of Fifty Shades of Grey so there’s no saving me. But YOU can hold onto yours because Anne Tenino likes to tease and take the mickey a bit; so don’t take it too seriously. Frat Boy and Toppy is not just a cheesy sex fest that the cover promises – it’s got heart and mostly it’s just great fun.

Poor Brad – he’s so gay and I don’t kn

Frat Boy and Toppy by Anne Tenino has actually been on my “To Be Read” list for quite some time, so I jumped at the chance to review it. I had heard it was humorous and a fun read. I must agree wholeheartedly. It is written in third person limited, with point-of-view shifts between Brad and Sebastian on the chapter breaks. The chapters themselves are pretty short, so it keeps the story moving forward at a quick pace.

I do love the way Anne Tenino writes. Very fluent and confident and realistic. She seems to have a handle on how guys behave :)

Brad's the jock trying to accept that he's gay and Sebastian's the tutor who is out and proud. The clash of these two is sizzling hot and kinda super sweet too.

For what it's worth, I do hope Collin is going to get a story of his own, cause he's just so nice and shy.

Highly recommended!

I love this book! I've read a couple of books by Anne Tenino before, but this one was even better, both funny, sexy and sweet.

I liked that there wasn't any really angsty stuff, the only problems for Brad (the "frat boy") is first to come to understand that he actually is gay, then to get the man of his dreams, Sebastian ("toppy"), and finally to come out to his fraternity.

The only small complaint I have is that when Brad is rallying his friends to help and support him when he plans to come out,

Cute, entertaining book I almost didn't pick this up because of the weird title. I'm glad I didn't discriminate. Lol. ...more

Totally hate the title...in fact, it took me months to convince myself to read it. All because of the title. Having read it, I get the title. I get it but I still don't like it.

Great read. I love Anne Tenino's voice.
