Excellent read! I was quite taken by Jake, the character with TS, and I'd like to commend the author on her handling of his disability. She gave us a very detailed and accurate picture of what it's like to live with TS, but I never felt sorry for the character. He was wonderfully complex, resilient, and surprisingly, the glue that held this menage together. Highly recommended.

I'm confident I would have read Misfits outside of the BDSM challenge I read it specifically for. It was a sweet, somewhat believable menage romance between three, wait for it, MISFITS. I wanted to know more about each of the main characters, especially Jake. FYI Tourette Syndrome and other tic disorders are neurological NOT psychological disorders!!! This should've worked for me but it left me wanting something more.

This lovely book might just have broken my slump *holds thumbs* - although I fear I'm going the way of all jaded mm readers and have simply become wayyyy too picky. Either way, I can honestly say I really, really enjoyed this story. It felt painfully honest, all three men very real in their imperfections- vulnerable and hurting apart but so right together.
Wonderful writing.
I must try more Garrett Leigh! ...more

Very believable and encouraging story of an existing relationship, and how an addition can be made successfully.
It took me a while to get into this book. Once I did it was really good. I am in a bit of a fantasy phase right now so it was hard for me to read a contemporary. I think that is why it took so long to really get into the story. This was an excellent example of writing a triad relationship well. The author didn't sugarcoat how difficult it would be to negotiate a relationship like this well. Add in the fact how the relationship started and there are more issues to navigate. The author really did

This was definitely the most unique ménage story I’ve read. I’m still hovering on some doubts about the relationship aspect of things. It was different having an established couple (Tom and Cass) with an open relationship. As unlikely as it would seem though, the third in the relationship (Jake) ultimately seemed to be the glue that made everything stick as a unit. I loved Jake’s character and especially learning about his TS. I didn’t think this story would get above 3 stars for me, but at some
