I haven't read all S.E. Jakes's books, but from all that I have this one seems the most mature. Oh, the usual testosterone-laden, hot-as-fuck chemistry between the protagonists is there to scorch the pages. Authors's unique writing style too. But, I cannot say that Running Wild is an exercise in escapism like Jakes's books usually are. It is more focused, more rooted in the real world, more serious in the themes it touches and, sometimes, touching in unexpected ways.

This is good read full of sexy men. The criminal and the biker. Full of tension and macho men. I enjoyed it.
