This was good overall. I liked the characters and the story just fine, but I couldn't help to want more from both of them. Although there was some character development in both MC's I would have liked to know more about Michael and Jason's past. I think they were affected by this and that it wold have helped me understand them more. The pace was a bit slow and some of the character's thoughts felt repetitive, what salvaged it and kept me coming back were the tiny emotional glimpses I g ...more

Loved this book - 4.5 stars.
Soooo close to getting 5 stars out of me for pure enjoyment but there was one part that seemed a bit silly with how long it took for them to work things out....
However the tension was super super hot and he sex was pretty amazing!!! I would have liked a bit more experimenting but it was hot anyway.

LA Witt does incredible m/m stories. And since I have chronic back and neck problems, she may have convinced me to try acupuncture!
First impressions: Looks like a great start to the series - hurry the hell up with the next books, Heidi and Marie!
