Loved this book - 4.5 stars.
Soooo close to getting 5 stars out of me for pure enjoyment but there was one part that seemed a bit silly with how long it took for them to work things out....
However the tension was super super hot and he sex was pretty amazing!!! I would have liked a bit more experimenting but it was hot anyway.

I bought this book twice....is it bad that I don't remember it...or that this time I rated it a star less.
Maybe it is my mood, but I had no patience for the bullshit communication skills btw the 2 MCs

This story would’ve been great if only the focus wasn’t so much on the main character’s ailment – his chronic shoulder pain and the damn acupuncture. I was like 50 pages from finishing the book and nothing between the two MCs is happening. I keep on thinking just when are they going to kiss?
The whole fiasco about their finances even went longer than the couple’s romantic interaction. It was a messy heap of narration all throughout. What a great disappointment.

LA Witt does incredible m/m stories. And since I have chronic back and neck problems, she may have convinced me to try acupuncture!
