What Members Thought
There's some really good stuff here, such as the origins of the three religions and some of commentary on latterday thought processes.....but at times the book lapses into a somewhat dreary catalogue of one doctrine after another. There's no way you can retain all that information, and you just become desensitised by it. There's no doubting that this is an extremely scholarly and comprehensive work, but Armstrong isn't exactly the most engaging of writers. But I can't deny that I learned from th
