Safe to say this book got me to change my perspective in perhaps a way I might consider life-altering. A must read for anyone struggling -or not- to make sense of things around them.

This book will leave you thinking.I Believe this book should be made compulsory reading at schools. Highly recommended.
This reads like science fiction. 1984 or The Handmaid's Tale. I had to keep reminding myself that this actually happened. If it were fiction it would leave you cold, as an historic account, a memoir, it truly horrifies. Frankl's conclusion that survivors, after what they had suffered and witnessed, were left fearing nothing but their God, and approach to suffering as presenting a Rilke-like task list that you try to get the most out of, give a smack around the head in terms of perspective shift.
