This is my second time to read Going Bovine by Libba Bray. I am now pronouncing it my favorite book and one of the funniest books of all time.
Going Bovine is not just a book meant to tickle your funny bones. Its main purpose is to instill an important lesson to us all: to live. Not everybody lives, everybody exists is all. Cameron, the protagonist in the story, had the chance to live at the most peculiar of times - the time he got diagnosed of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (also Mad Cow disease) and ...more

LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS BOOK!
I was a little wary whether to read this book or not because I read Libba Bray's A Great and Terrible Beauty and hated it.
This is one of those random books where you have no idea what would happen next because anything can happen.
There were a lot of parts where I laughed out loud and that's nearly impossible for me to do so that came as a shock.

This is the hero's adventure at its hilarious zenith. One of the best YA books I've read in years, and as an English teacher, I'm rarely without one in my car, on my coffee table, in my bookbag... Go check out my review at http://whatsheread.blogspot.com/2010/... .

This book is definitely a little out there! The premise is very interesting and Cam's journey is quite eventful and wacky. At first, I was a little skeptical of how the book was going to work, but it was worth hanging in for the end of the ride.

This book is awesome!
I really loved it, the narrative, the events, the characters, I don't really know about a thing that isn't great about this book.
The theme is unique, and quite a ride right along Cameron and co. I loved it, and recommend it to anyone open to wild rides.

This book was hillarious! It's one of those books where you have to constantly dog-ear the page because the quotes are so great! Libba Bray is amazing at bringing things into a story, that usaully don't work together. Ths book was jsut plain wrong, but in that oh-so amazing way! Read. This. Book.
