I really, really liked it, and the ending was gripping. It is clear why so many people love this book. I finished it in a 3 hour reading marathon, which is saying something given the state of my eyes.
Yet, it was looong. For me there was a lot of driving around for clues.
(Spoiler alert - stop reading now. Not giving the ending away, just some character development. You were warned.)

Interesting characters kept me reading.
It took me a while to get into, but by about quarter of the way through I was intrigued and finished the rest of the book in a few days. I did skim over some of the longer business/financial parts and focused on the stories about Harriet and Salander, which I found much more interesting.
