What Members Thought
I shouldn't like this, but I always watch out for books by this guy. Formulaic, treasure-hunting with shoot-outs, historical mysteries solved with muscle... Some say its a Dan Brown cash-in, but for me it works - probably because the characters are actually likeable? Read this in a couple of hours, interesting without challenging too much - very readable writing. There's no subtly or deeper meaning, just great escapism.
