I loved this book much more than Myst's story there was a wealth more of information in this book than the first. It too longer to get through, but was still decent. I absolutely hated that Emma would not tell Lachlaine who she was, what she is, and that she was a 70yr old born vamp with a v card. I think a lot of the conflict could have been over with Or changed how it came about if she had. Yeah no…. I don’t know how much of it was the book and lack of character building or the voice of the audible narrator….
