Don't think I should have read this straight after another Harpy/Valkyrie book :/
Also having listened to it on Audiobook before meant I had a hard time keeping up

This went rather quickly - possibly because of the rain. It was definitely an improvement over the first in the series for me, so why the low rating?

It was okay. I started reading this because of all the good reviews and raves from paople in my goodreads group. It wasnt bad, just not that great. There was a lot of cowering and self pity in this one, not really my thing. Im going to read the next one before I judge, though.
This one was the first I read of Coles book and my Fav.
