I loved it. Nora Roberts does trilogies and family like no other.

Beckett has been in love or at the very least crushing on Claire since they were teenagers. She married and moved away shortly after high school, but is now a widow and has since moved she and sons book to Boonsboro and opened up a book store.

The first in Roberts' new trilogy. The woman is a writing machine! As always, we meet the three couples in this book, although they don't know they're couples yet. We do. The romance is classic Roberts, the setting is lovingly described, evocative and lush. Roberts spends a lot of time on the inn itself, until the reader can see the gleaming wood, the polished brass and lovely tile. There's a ghost, which is not my favorite supernatural element. I just love Nora Roberts writing and don't know why it took so long to pick up this book. I absolutely loved Beckett and Clare and her three boys. I barely like kids but I fell in love with them immediately. I loved the town. I loved the family togetherness. I loved the three brothers Beckett, Ryder and Owen. I can't wait to see their HEAs as well. I especially liked the ghost. All in all a terrific start to the Inn Boonsboro trilogy.
