What Members Thought
I liked it very much! Such an interesting collection of women in the prison. My all time favourite tv programmes were the Australian "Prisoner" and the British "Bad Girls" - both about women's prison. I'd love to see the "Orange is the New Black" tv version too!

A little bit more in depth about the justice system than I wanted, but enjoyed all the personal recounting of things that happened during the months she was incarcerated. The other women she learned from, and interacted with. Those were the stories I was interested in. Prison is not fun, but the story of how she got through it was worth reading.

Kerman is the fucking worst. I much prefer the tv show to this horrible book.
