What Members Thought

The plot of this book doesn't matter so much as the absorbingness of the world does. I could not put this book down for a minute yet wasn't that interested in the plot.
It is a hard type of book to describe because while I can't yet say it was that great a book it only took a day to read and caught off guard enough at one point to cause me to cry so obviously it was something. Definitely a book I'd recommend to read for a hard core reader but I'm not sure so much for a casual reader (if that ...more

I just finish the second book of the trilogy and I came back here to tell people like me that had mixed feelings about this book to give book 2 a try. I found it much better and now I'm completely hooked on Book 3.
There were minor problems with the book but the thing that really really annoyed me is the cliffhanger final. I just feel that even in a series the books must have an appropriate end.
