A hilarious, must-read for any sci-fi fan. While mainly borrowing off of Star Trek to write this spoof, there's enough other-franchise references to not alienate anyone. There is humor on every page.

Four stars and not five because this isn't groundbreaking fantastic novel stuff, but worth the read for sure for sci-fi fans, especially if someone has recommended the book to you.

Very funny, very meta. Certainly not the "best of the year" but probably the best science fiction I've read since Ready Player One. It will certainly appeal to the same fans for similar, nostalgic, reasons. I actually don't want to say too much about the plot. The title pretty much gives you everything you need to know. ...more

Quick, neat and tidy. I enjoyed it, but it could have been more.

A fun, easy read. Definitely recommended to anyone who enjoys Star Trek or other sci-fi television.

Quick read. Really enjoyed it.

Only thing that really bothered me is that the author never answered WHY this story was happening, just trying to get the hell out. He provides closure for all the characters but the main character and answering that question.

Stick to the first 3/4 of the book for a easy read ripping into scifi tv series. The last quarter of the book is an big epilogue and IMO just padding.
