A hilarious, must-read for any sci-fi fan. While mainly borrowing off of Star Trek to write this spoof, there's enough other-franchise references to not alienate anyone. There is humor on every page.
Four stars and not five because this isn't groundbreaking fantastic novel stuff, but worth the read for sure for sci-fi fans, especially if someone has recommended the book to you.

Very funny, very meta. Certainly not the "best of the year" but probably the best science fiction I've read since Ready Player One. It will certainly appeal to the same fans for similar, nostalgic, reasons. I actually don't want to say too much about the plot. The title pretty much gives you everything you need to know.
