I enjoyed this story but I may be spoiled by obsessive viewings of Practical Magic because I felt like this story needed an editor to really make it shine. There were places in the text where it felt like the characters were just speaking past one another erratically instead of furthering the story or meandering in any kind of meaningful or at least charming way.
It's a great story but it needs pruning. ...more
